So,

Two girls gossiping

The PD 0 – 100 Course with airvee will give you a practical guide on how products are built.

We know what design is and why it’s important, and because we know this, we know what it can do, but how exactly do you harness the power of design?

How do you use or create a persona, or how do you analyze the results from your research?

This course aims to refresh your understanding of the core concepts and show you how exactly to apply them.

It is entirely project-based! This means that we will work together on a project that you or any of your colleagues come up with, and we will take it from the ideation stage to the design stage.
We will learn how to create a research plan and choose the proper methodology to validate our goal.

The project chosen will determine where the rest of the class goes.

Makes sense? Send in your application

But, is this for me though?

We may have hinted this earlier but If you often ask “How exactly can I apply this?” then this course is for you.

Maybe you have an idea, and you need some form of validation, hop onboard; there’s plenty of that here and more! This is honestly the kind I wish I had taken when I struggled with imposter syndrome in my early days.

Maybe you’re a freelancer looking to expand the scope of your work and offer more value to your clients.

Lastly, you want to be a well-rounded designer. You want to be able to zoom into the details but also zoom out to consider how the system works.
You’re super passionate about design. It’ll be my pleasure to hold your hands through this process

Is that it?

Almost, I have to state clearly that this isn’t for everyone. If you have no experience in research, that’s completely fine. Still, you will need to have some UI design knowledge as I won’t focus on how to design from scratch but on converting or considering your research when designing.

This course is not a cheat sheet or a fast way to learn product design. It took me years to know most of these things. I had to work in different roles, capacities, and industries; your most significant takeaway will an increased confidence and a general understanding of the product’s life cycle.

Cool with that?

Awesome but, who are you?

Does that really matter? Yes? ok, I’ll introduce myself.

Hi, I’m airvee (officially spelled as Evi) I am an experience (X-shaped) designer – 5 years and counting with a strong background in UX. I’m adept at using system thinking to uncover insights and propose (iterative) solutions that keep both the business and its customers happy.
I am also actively adapting my skills, experience and expanding my knowledge to solve problems across all phases of the product life cycle from business to launch(User research to UI design).
However, you’ll most likely find me at the intersection of business and research – finding data and optimizing processes to meet business and customer needs.

Airvee brings design into everything, even casual conversations; she can’t see anything without first seeing it from a design or user perspective. She has helped a lot of junior designers find their paths. On projects, airvee is a design goddess.

Perfecto 👌
For someone like myself with little or no knowledge about Product design, it’s research and methodologies, I can now say that I’ve been impacted in ways words can describe.
Thank you Evi, you’ve been a great tutor in the past weeks.
